Q1: Sold Out ? What If An Item I Want Is Sold Out in My Size?

Q2: How Do I Use A Coupon Code?

To use a coupon code, go to the "Check Out" page when you're ready to complete your purchase. You can either select a coupon from your account or enter the coupon code manually in the provided textbox. Then, click the "Apply" button to redeem your discount.

At the moment, we operate exclusively online. However, we're hoping to expand into physical stores in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Q2: Why Did I Only Receive Part of My Order?

There are a few reasons why orders might be shipped in multiple parts:

  1. The order contains too many products to fit in one box.
  2. Some items are currently out of stock.
  3. Certain products did not pass our initial quality control check.
  4. Temporary stock shortages of specific items.
Q3: Why The Color Of Received Clothing Is A Little Different From What I Saw Online?

We process orders subject to item availability and payment approval. During high-volume periods, availability may change while your order is being processed.

* Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

* Orders placed on weekends start processing on Monday and ship within 3-5 business days.
